About Me

My Story

Twelve years ago, a high-risk pregnancy turned my world upside down—hello couch life, postpartum depression, and a serious battle with weight gain. With a background in nursing, I knew something had to change. If I wanted to feel like me again, I had to take charge of my nutrition, movement, and mindset.

 

After 11 months of dedication (and a lot of sweat), I lost 65 pounds—and gained a whole new purpose. I fell in love with helping women transform their health, boost their energy, and rediscover their confidence through clean eating and sustainable exercise.

 

As a mom, wife, and full-time flight attendant, I get how hard it is to put yourself first. But here’s the truth: that stubborn belly bloat? It’s not just uncomfortable—it’s standing between you and the vibrant, healthy life you deserve. I’m here to help you beat the bloat, ditch the guesswork, and finally feel amazing in your own skin.
